Excelsior College
To earn an associate or a bachelor's degree through Excelsior College (formerly known as Regents College), you can:
- Transfer up to 12 CPCU credits toward an MBA degree.
- Receive credit for CPCU or IIA exams you have passed and those you pass in the future.
- Apply previously completed college courses or appropriately evaluated professional or military training towards your degree.
Excelsior College is an accredited, not-for-profit institution. For more than thirty years, Excelsior has helped people achieve their academic goals. Working with you, an advisor helps to create an individual learning program. Excelsior College confers the degree based on accumulated credits once you have met the degree requirements. The advisor guides you through every step to ensure success in earning your degree.
To complete your degree, you can:
- Pass CPCU, IIA, or Focus Series exams;
- Take online and other distance education courses at accredited colleges and universities;
- Take traditional on-campus classes at a local accredited college or university;
- Pass one or more of the 100 college-level proficiency examinations offered through Excelsior College
