Designed primarily for employees who are new to the study of claims, this course is appropriate for newcomers to the business as well as for more experienced employees with no formal claims education. It will increase your understanding of the functions of the claim department, your confidence in dealing with claim representatives, and your knowledge of claim management.

Exam on request (EOR). Fifty objective (multiple-choice) questions. Time allotted: 2 hours.
The Introduction to Claims exam is Exam-on-Request (EOR) and can be taken in two ways. Take the multiple-choice exam (1) by computer at an Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Center or a Prometric Testing Center during our testing windows or (2) on paper in your workplace at any time.
