- Given an insurance coverage case, explain how common policy provisions affect the coverage provided and the actions taken by the insured or insurer.
- Describe the contents and purpose of the six categories of policy provisions in a property-casualty insurance policy.
- Explain the six reasons that policies contain exclusions.
- Differentiate between pre-loss and post-loss policy analysis.
