The Associate in Insurance Services program is a nationally recognized educational program designed specifically for insurance personnel. By completing the AIS program, you´ll gain a basic understanding of continuous improvement principles that will help you attract new clients while retaining current customers. Plus, the AIS program provides you with several completion options so that you can customize the program to meet your specific technical insurance knowledge needs.
Earn a Certificate of Completion by passing the AIS 25 course exam, or choose to earn the AIS designation by completing one of the options listed below in addition to passing the AIS 25 exam.

You can earn a Certificate of Completion just for passing the AIS 25 course exam. Or you may choose to earn the AIS designation by completing one of the following options in addition to passing the AIS 25 exam.

Public classes held by third-party providers may be available for AIS 25.

Exam Information: The Delivering Insurance Services (AIS 25) exam is an exam-on-request (EOR) and can be administered in two ways. You can take the multiple-choice exam:
By computer at an Institutes-approved on-site testing location or at a Prometric Testing Center during one of the Institutes’ four testing windows.
As a pen-and-paper exam at your workplace at any time.
The AIS 25 exam consists of 60 objective questions and examinees have two hours to complete the exam. Read more about EOR exams.
