ACSR Program

In 1999, the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) and IIABA Associations partnered with the Institutes to revise the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation program and to develop its national examinations. The IIAA, the largest independent insurance agents association, confers the ASCR designation.

More than 13,000 ACSR designations now have been conferred on agency customer service representatives and other agency personnel over the past 11 years, making it the largest CSR training program in the country.

The ACSR program is the only designation program of its kind offering three flexible study options:

  1. Classroom
  2. Self-study
  3. Online study, in some states

The ACSR Program leads to a designation in personal insurance, commercial insurance, or life and health. You can choose the track most appropriate for your needs or complete all three tracks. For each designation track, you must complete course work on specified modules and pass an exam for each module.

Courses in the Personal Insurance Track

Courses in the Commercial Insurance Track

Courses in the Life and Health Track
