Hey Institutes’ Fans!

The Institutes are preparing to launch a new bi-monthly electronic newsletter for 2010. The working title is “Stories and Studies.” The idea is that we provide the content for the “studies” (e.g. program information and changes, new products, service upgrades, etc.) while YOU provide the “stories."

What we ’re looking for is a short “story” about your student experience—an experience that is meaningful to you. Some examples are:

• Feedback on a new product or service. Would you recommend it and why?
• Comments on a class you took - whether in person or online.
• How did you prepare for your exam? Do you have a study tip or technique to share?
• If you didn’t pass an exam, what motivated you to try again? How are you successful?
• Are you applying what you learned to your job? Can you give us an example or tell us about a project?
• Did earning a designation play a role in getting a promotion or increased recognition?
• Did you hear someone from the Institutes speak at a conference? What did they say that left an impression on you?
• Did you visit our booth at a conference? Did we help you?

Or simply tell us about your experience as a student and the impact to you personally.

While we love the positive, we want to hear your critiques and ideas for improvement too. It is your feedback that helps us improve our offerings for all students.
